Moises was fantastic. He is responsive, transparent, and very knowledgeable. We felt his prices were affordable, and we enjoyed working with him. He truly went above and beyond when, due to the covid-19 craziness, we needed the inspection completed a lot sooner than expected, and he was willing to fit us in his schedule on short notice and turn around the report so quickly. It was SO appreciated, and we would definitely recommend his services.

Moises is a top notch inspector and it’s shown in his quality of work. He gets to the property on time with all the proper equipment necessary to complete an accurate and through inspection. His inspection reports are not only detailed, but they are easy to read for the consumer and new real estate agents. He’s available at anytime to answer and questions that may raise from the inspection report. I received my inspection reports 24hours after the inspection was done. He provides his professional feedback on what items should be repaired as quickly as possible and how they should be remedied. Moises is very professional, thorough and easy to do business with. He arrived on time, and was very respectful throughout his pretty detailed inspection. His use of drone to survey the roof was something I was not expected, but definitely appreciated.
